You're called to draw upon a lot of different skills across a wider range of topics. You have to understand how the bank works in total, and take a strong proactive and holistic approach in your thinking. It presents a fantastic opportunity to maximise your learning and development. But at the same time, you need to manage your expectations to the local environment and be realistic in what you can and can't do, and just how long it can take to get it done.
