What most companies call the marketing department, we call 'Customer Experience', and we have organised ourselves and our resources in a way that best equips us to understand and meet the needs of our customers.

Customer Experience is about understanding our customers, developing products and offerings to meet their needs, and identifying the areas of greatest potential to improve the service we provide. We have a number of areas of functional expertise:
