The Life Insurance business unit supplies risk insurance products to the Westpac customer base. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality products to meet individual requirements and achieve the best outcomes for each of our customers.

We are responsible for completing the underwriting assessments for applications, assessing claims against policies and maintaining client records. Our focus is on maintaining a superior customer experience, providing guidance and navigation through what can sometimes be difficult and challenging life circumstances.
