Sue Carmudie

Sue Carmudie
Manager, Retail Accounting

"We work in a continuously changing environment. Policies and procedures are constantly being revised. It's a real challenge to stay on top of it all. It wouldn't be possible without the tight team that we work with. We're under pressure with strict deadlines, but no-one would ever walk out the door without asking if anyone else needed help. We all derive job satisfaction in knowing that as a group, our goals are being met and our commitments to our customers are being delivered. It's a win for all of us."

Russell Brinckley

Russell Brinckley
Portfolio Accountant, BT Financial Group

"In our department, we have deadlines that must be met every single day. Our IT systems are currently being updated as there are always better performing and more efficient ways to complete our tasks. As such, there is a steep learning curve associated with the implementation of new systems and integration with existing ones. The daily challenges we face make our job interesting. The interaction and fun we have with the people in our department is a bonus."
