Corporate and Institutional Banking

 

The Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) team drives new business and growth for WIB across the corporate and institutional client sectors, and utilises client and market insights and in-depth risk analysis to successfully position us to understand our clients' business and the industry dynamics within which they operate.

CIB consists of 4 business units; Originations, Global Transactional Banking, Debt Products and Market Sales.

Originations is comprised of four industry teams which are responsible for driving client revenue growth across the corporate and institutional market.

They are:

  • Financial Institutions, Health and Government
  • Property, Industrials and Consumer
  • Energy and Resources
  • Corporate Banking
The product areas are:
  • Global Transactional Banking: Transactional Banking, International Trade and Custody
  • Debt Products: Project Finance, Syndications and Agency. Lending Products and Asset Finance
  • Market Sales: Corporate Foreign Exchange, Structured Derivatives, Structured Securities, Hybrid Capital and Public and Private Securities (Corporate Securites)
