Sustainability, Brand and Communications
This team focuses on enhancing, creating and maintaining relationships between the bank and our internal and external stakeholders. We aim to maintain and improve Westpac's good reputation and to positively position Westpac in the market, amongst our people and in the wider community.

We also have a central role in ensuring Westpac's strategy, mission, vision and values are communicated and widely understood by all our stakeholders.

Group Internal Communications
Group Internal Communications is the organisation's internal communications arm. This team provides a range of communication services to people leaders across the organisation to help them achieve their business objectives through effective engagement of their people.

We help employees understand how what they do helps the overall purpose of the bank. Our team of 60 works closely to ensure all internal communication is integrated with common meaning, language and context.

Our goals are aligned to the bank's ambition to earn all our customers' business. This means we aspire to help the bank achieve the targets set for being the most recommended financial services company, meeting the most customer needs, the most skilled and engaged employees who are passionate about delighting customers, being a global leader in sustainability and highest shareholder returns in the sector .
