How can I join the Graduate Alumni Committee?
A new committee will be elected each year. If you would like to be involved, send your nomination to the Committee Secretary in writing, at least seven days before the annual general meeting. Elections for the Committee will be conducted by secret ballot. Only Graduate Alumni members are eligible to vote.

How frequently are functions held?
Functions will be held on a quarterly basis. These are opportunities to network with your peers, hear from guest speakers and to learn new information.

Who do I contact to provide feedback for functions?
Talk to your business unit representative on the Graduate Alumni Committee or send your feedback (eg. suggest a speaker) to graduatealumni@westpac.com.au.

How much does it cost to attend events?
There will be a small charge to cover the cost of room hire, catering and sourcing guest speakers. All money received from these functions will go towards covering these costs. No funds will be used for profit.

How do I resign from the Westpac Graduate Alumni?
Please send your request to graduatealumni@westpac.com.au with "Unsubscribe from Graduate Alumni" in the subject line. Your details will then be removed from the membership database and distribution list.
