Part time
A wide range of part-time jobs exist with versatile working hours and arrangements.

Job sharing
A form of part time work, job sharing is where two or more people working part time share the responsibilities for one role between them.

Telecommuting
We give you the opportunity to perform some of your work from home on a regular basis, if it suits your role and lifestyle.

Career break and time out
People take career breaks (for up to 12 months) to study, travel, or become involved in social or community events. Time out is also unpaid leave but for shorter periods and generally in response to personal emergencies.

Parental benefits
We offer 12 weeks paid parental leave, as well as options for breastfeeding in the workplace and high quality, affordable childcare.

Parents who enrol their children in our Childcare Centres may also apply for the our childcare benefit which allows those eligible to receive part of their remuneration in the form of childcare provided by Westpac.

Carer's leave
Allows you to take accrued sick leave to care for a sick family member.
