You can now ask Westpac to stop sending you paper statements for eligible accounts and instead receive an email to let you know when your statement is available online. Then all you have to do is sign in to Westpac Online Banking whenever you want to view your statements.
Up to seven years of statements are available online. You can view them in Westpac Online or export your recent transaction history to your computer. Either way, you'll help the environment by saving paper.
To stop receiving paper statements follow these steps:
| 1. | Sign in to Westpac Online. |
| 2. | Click on the Manage your accounts tab and select "Change statement options" |
| 3. | Enter your email address if you have not already done so by selecting the "Add email address" link. |
| 4. | Change your statement preferences and select the "confirm" button. Please note: Only your eligible account(s) will be displayed. |
| 5. | Depending on where you are in your statement cycle, you will stop receiving paper statements from your next statement or the statement after. |
