You can use BPAY day or night through the security of Westpac Online or Telephone Banking. And with BPAY you can choose the account you want to pay from - cheque, savings, transaction and more* - and even schedule payments in advance so you don't miss a payment.

With over ten years' experience BPAY has proven to be the easy and convenient way to pay. No wonder there are over 225 million BPAY payments a year. Next time you need to make a payment look for the BPAY logo or alternatively you can search for billers who accept BPAY payments.

To pay with BPAY follow these simple steps

1.
Register for Telephone Banking and/or Westpac Online.
2.
Look for the distinctive BPAY logo on your bills.
3.
Log on to Westpac Online or call Telephone Banking on 132 032.
4.
Select the BPAY or bill payment option and follow the simple instructions.
5.
Record your receipt number.

* Bill Payments made from credit cards are treated as a purchase. BPAY payments (i.e. bill payments and other payments made through the BPAY electronic payments scheme) will not earn Altitude points. Some billers do not accept credit card payments via BPAY.
