Parent Account

Parents can now open a Westpac Cash Manager Account, a "pay as you go" competitive interest savings account with full transactional access for customers who are moderate transactors.

Parents can transfer a lump sum into their Westpac Cash Manager account, and advise Westpac to regularly transfer amounts to a nominated student account. This process ensures parents know that their children don't have access to a larger amount of money than they need for their regular living expenses.

A monthly fee of $5 AUD applies. However, if you maintain a balance of over $10,000, this fee will be waived. Other fee and charges maybe payable. Refer to the Deposit Accounts for Personal Customers Product Disclosure Statement.
