Westpac Instalments with an annual reset feature are available as both Standard (IWG, IWI, IWK, IWM Series) and High Yield (IWH, IWJ, IWL, IWN, IWP Series), allowing you to borrow 50 per cent or more of the market value of a wide range of securities. Your loan is reset annually so that you can maintain your initial level of borrowing as a percentage of the underlying security price and your desired level of risk. In addition, there are Series available with both June and December reset dates.

How to acquire
You can purchase Westpac Instalments with an annual reset feature in the primary market by applying directly to Westpac using one of three application forms contained in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), each corresponding to a different investment option:
- Making a cash payment
- "Converting" fully paid securities
- "Rolling" other Westpac Instalments Series into Westpac Instalments with an annual reset feature
You can also purchase Westpac Instalments on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) at any time before the completion payment date through any ASX accredited Derivatives full-service, discount adviser, stockbroker or your financial adviser using the relevant ASX Instalment Code. To trade Westpac Instalments on the ASX, you will need to complete a Warrant Client Agreement Form available from your stockbroker.
