Interest-only investment loan package offered by Westpac to build an investment portfolio from a wide selection of shares and units in listed Australian entities or leverage off an existing portfolio.

  • The ability to borrow 100% of the funds for your investment, so you do not have to use your own funds (other than interest payments), with full protection of the value of your investment at maturity
  • Minimum loan is $50,000
  • Choice of term ranging from 1 to 5 years
