Investment objective & strategy
To provide diversified portfolio of property investments offering potential for long-term capital growth.

The Fund invests either directly in assets or indirectly through collective investments (such as life policies or unit trusts) so that the underlying assets of the Fund provide an exposure to various types of properties throughout Australia such as office blocks, shopping centres and industrial buildings.
