Investment objective & strategy
To provide income which may be tax effective and some capital growth over the long term (at least five years) from investment in property securities.

The Fund invests in property securities, predominantly listed property trusts. Holdings are diversified by trust manager, by location of property (ie. in various States and cities) and by type of property (ie. commercial premises and office blocks, hotels and resorts, shopping centres, factories, warehouses, etc.). The Fund may also invest in a range of other listed or unlisted corporate securities.

The illustration below outlines the standard allocation range of each investment type for the Fund. The actual investment mix may vary depending on market conditions. Income-only investments 0-10%, Property securities 90-100%

Who should invest?
This Fund is suitable for investors who:

  • Have an investment time frame of at least five years
  • Want to invest in a diversified property portfolio
  • Are looking for some tax-effective income
  • Are looking to build wealth over time from a property-related investment
  • Are looking for investment in a sector with historically lower volatility than shares
