1. The $199 plan promotion (the "promotion") is only available to new and existing Westpac customers who see a Westpac Financial Planner and who want advice about their personal superannuation needs and have between $5,000 and $100,000 to invest in superannuation.
2. The promotion is not available to customers who require advice about investment outside of superannuation, insurance, gearing, retirement income streams, government entitlements, self-managed super funds, estate planning or business financial planning. For those customers, a higher plan fee may apply which will be agreed with the customer prior to the preparation of the plan.
3. The promotion is not available in conjunction with any other discount offer or promotion and can be modified or withdrawn by Westpac at any time.
4. If the customer implements the financial plan other fees and charges may be payable. Details of those fees and charges will be included in the financial plan.
