If you're self-employed and don't have a documented proof of income, we can still help. Our Low Doc option means you don't have to provide standard income verification documents when applying for a home or investment property loan. Instead you just need to sign a Borrower's Income Declaration and provide us with your registered business name along with your ABN. Eligibility criteria apply.

How it works


The Low Doc option is available on:Westpac offer all these loans under their award winnng Premier Advantage Package where you can enjoy up to 0.7% p.a.1 off the Standard Variable Rate and up to 0.20% p.a.2 off Fixed Rates.
If you decide not to take out the loan under the Premier Advantage Package, then the Standard Variable and/or Standard Fixed Rate will apply.

1 For Low Doc loans, the 0.7% p.a. discount is available for variable rate loan amounts of $500,000 and above. For variable rate loan amounts between $250,000 and $499,999, the discount is 0.6% p.a. and for variable rate loan amounts between $150,000 and $249,999 the applicable discount is 0.4% p.a.
2 The 0.2% p.a. discount is available for packaged borrowings over $150,000. Some exclusions apply.
