If you find an online transaction on your statement that is unfamiliar or incorrect, you should:
| 1. | Check your receipts to find out if the amount appears under a different merchant's name (some merchants use trading names different to their registered name). |
| 2. | If you recognise the name or have had previous dealings with the merchant, contact them directly for more information on the transaction. |
