Lost or stolen cards – no problems with SecureCardTM

Secure Sentinel with SecureCardTM offers a card registration facility for all your credit, debit, charge, ATM and other financial cards.

An instance of fraud is not only a stressful experience, but can cause major interruptions to your holiday plans. Unfortunately no-one can guarantee that you won't be robbed, or lose major important valuables or documents. But Secure Sentinel can make life easier when disaster strikes.

One phone call to Secure Sentinel arranges cancellation and/or replacement of your lost or stolen cards 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Fraud Deterrent Stickers
Members are issued with fraud deterrent stickers designed to protect your financial cards. From January to October 2003, more than 9,950 members reported lost or stolen cards to Secure Sentinel.

Secure Sentinel can also offer members other registration and protection services:

  • SecureCard™ - registration of credit, debit and ATM cards
  • SecurePhone™ - mobile phone protection and retrieval service
  • SecureKeys™ - coded key tags aid retrieval. Anyone that finds your keys can drop them in a post box or call the toll-free number1
  • SecurePassport™ - providing you with the nearest Australian Diplomatic and/or Consular Post, as well as a passport renewal reminder service eight months prior to your passport expiring
  • SecureDocument™ and SecureValuable™ - registration of your important documents and valuables
  • Emergency cash - supply advance of up to AUD$1000 when travelling
