In Corporate Online, staff members are established individually as users within the organisation. They are provided with their own unique customer number and password which are linked to your organisation. This means their access and privileges can be customised, so they can only see and action those functions you choose.

Using Corporate Online Administration, you have hands-on control over staff access to Corporate Online functions - all online and at your convenience.

  • Create, maintain and suspend users and define their access
  • Instantly delete or suspend a user
  • Change and re-set user profiles, as staff leave or change duties
  • If you wish, establish selected third-parties as users – such as your accountants, trustees or other partner organisations – and define their access
  • Establish timebound access: provide staff with 24 hour, 7 days a week access, or alternatively limit access to Monday - Friday during business hours
  • Add and manage offices, departments and divisions online
  • Group your accounts to match your business structure, so you can managing reporting and access on that basis – then add or amend groups online as your organisation grows
