Business Internet Banking is a convenient, quick and cost-effective way for you to manage your business banking 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Business Internet Banking allows you to manage your finances at a time that suits you. Accessing this service through Business Online, you can see a snapshot of your account balances and pending payments.

Features

• View your last 100 days worth of transactions
• Retrieve and print any statement issued in the last 7 years
• Link your Westpac personal and business accounts together under the one sign in
• Transfer money between your own accounts
• Pay money to accounts at most Australian financial institutions up to a limit of $1500 * per day
• Using a SecurID Token, make payments over your daily payment limit, up to the available funds in your account
• Arrange for authorised users, such as your accountant or office manager, to have "transaction" or "view only" access to your accounts
• Pay any bill displaying the BPAY logo
• Make payments directly to the Australian Tax Office
• Export your transactions to financial management software such as Quicken and Microsoft Money
• Import payroll and creditor payments from your financial management software
• Create payment templates to include up to 50 credits
• Schedule BPAY, Transfer Funds, Pay Anyone or Tax Payments up to 90 days in the future
• Make payments from accounts requiring more than one signature
• Make payments to accounts held overseas
• View your non-Westpac accounts
• Create and delete periodic payments
  * Note: From February 18^th 2008 the $5000 limit was removed as an available daily payment limit option. Some Business Online services with a $5000 limit established prior to this date will continue to operate with this limit.

How do I access Business Internet Banking?
Business Internet Banking is a service offered within Business Online, our dedicated business site. Sign in to Business Online and click on the Banking tab to get started.

To use Business Online you are required to register for Business Internet Banking.

Fees

Pay Anyone payments to non-Westpac accounts	$0.25 per credit
Pay Anyone payments to Westpac accounts	$0.25 per credit
Payment Template	$2.75 (incl. GST) per template (plus $0.25 per credit within the template)
Import file	$2.75 (incl. GST) per import file (plus $0.25 per credit within the import file)
Overseas payments	$20
Monthly token fee	First token is free. $5.50 (incl. GST) for subsequent tokens linked to a Business Internet Banking licence
Token replacement fee	$150 (incl. GST) per token

All fees are charged to your nominated account monthly in arrears.

No additional software is required
Business Internet Banking is a browser-based service within Business Online. That means there is no extra software for you to download once you are using a compatible browser.
