Online Administration

What has changed?
When you click the administration link in Business Online you will see a new tab called Administration.

What can Administration do?
The new online self service administration feature allows a nominated administrator to complete and submit most administration requests online. This means most requests can be submitted and processed in a matter of minutes instead of days.

What type of requests can be completed online?
Below is a list of administration tasks that you can do within online self service administration. All tasks will be processed automatically, except those marked with an asterisk. Tasks marked with an asterisk require signature verification for security purposes.

Your security
You can use the new administration feature to request a security token for yourself or your users. This helps to protect your money and identity.
