What to expect from your meeting
Your first meeting with one of our business financial planners is essentially a fact-finding mission. The information gathered at this meeting will form the basis of a recommendation tailored to your specific needs.
The solution is presented as a written document usually at the second meeting, called the business needs analysis. This document will indicate:
- Business details, financials and profile
- Details of existing insurance, superannuation and investments
- Specifics on insurances for business loans, partner/shareholder, keyperson and income protection
- Specifics on in-house superannuation and mastertrusts
- A thorough checklist to ensure everything is covered

- Existing keyperson, income protection or other insurances
- Investments
- Business profit and loss statements
- Summary of business overheads
- Business succession plans
- Any other relevant financial documentation

Who to bring to your meeting
If the meeting is purely about your business, you may want to include your financial controller, administration manager or other key senior personnel.
If the meeting covers your personal situation, you may want to include your spouse, partner or other family members. It's totally up to you.
