Altitude Business
If you are switching from an existing personal card to an Altitude Business Limited Edition card just complete the following form:

Customers with existing BusinessChoice cards cannot switch to Altitude Business Limited Edition cards because of liability restrictions and vice versa. Altitude Business Limited Edition card is an individual liability card issued in personal names while BusinessChoice card is a joint and several liability card issued in the business name.
Make sure you choose to transfer your credit card balances when applying for a new card.

2. Contact your service providers – once your new business card is ready, if you have any existing direct debits (eg utility bills) notify the providers of these services of your new account details.

For contact details of your service providers, look on your bills or search the white pages.

If you need to provide your new account details in writing, our online form can help you generate the letters required, which you can then print and send to your service providers.

3. Cancel your old credit or charge card – allow time for your direct debits to transfer over to your new Westpac credit card or charge card before contacting your previous financial institution to close your old account.
