What information do I need to complete my application?

  • Your monthly after tax income
  • Your monthly fixed expenses
  • Business income and expenses

Who can apply?


To apply for a Westpac Business card you must:
  • Be over 18 years old
  • Have a good credit rating
  • Be a resident of Australia
Please note: Business cards must be used predominantly for Business purposes.

How long will the application take to complete?


The time it will take to complete the application will depend on the product and the method you use to apply, either online, phone or through the branch.

The estimated time to complete the application could range from 20 to 40 minutes if you have all your information at hand.

When applying online, please note:
  • For security reasons incomplete applications cannot be saved if you pause for more than 30 minutes.
  • Use the Help provided (at the top right of every page) if you have any difficulty completing your application
  • Your credit card application is protected from unauthorised access by a method called encryption. A padlock will appear at the bottom of your screen to indicate that the page is secure

How long will it take to receive my cards?


If you provide us with a fully completed application form,you will have your business card(s) within 21 working days from the day we receive your application form.
