What do I need to be able to accept card present payments?

A spare power point is located within one metre of where your terminal will be installed
A visible phone socket is located within one metre of where your terminal is to be installed
If you need to purchase a double adaptor, please ensure it is available before installation
Your phone line must be able to dial a 1800 number
If your phone needs to dial any two numbers for external access, please inform Westpac Merchant Solutions.

What do I need to be able to accept card payments over the Internet or phone?

An internet connection
A PC or a Mac
Latest Internet browser.
Latest anti-virus and anti-spy ware.
