Accept card payments

 

What do I need to be able to accept card present payments?

  • A spare power point is located within one metre of where your terminal will be installed
  • A visible phone socket is located within one metre of where your terminal is to be installed
  • If you need to purchase a double adaptor, please ensure it is available before installation
  • Your phone line must be able to dial a 1800 number
  • If your phone needs to dial any two numbers for external access, please inform Westpac Merchant Solutions.


What do I need to be able to accept card payments over the Internet or phone?
  • An internet connection
  • A PC or a Mac
  • Latest Internet browser.
  • Latest anti-virus and anti-spy ware.
