Manage Term Deposit online - what is the Six Business Day Variation Period?

The variation period is the six business days starting from the maturity date during which you can let us know your renewal instructions (unless you've already given instructions before your Term Deposit or Farm Management Deposit matured). You're only able to give us your instructions once during the Six Business Day Variation Period.

If you don't give us any new or varied instructions during the Six Business Day Variation Period, your deposit will be renewed as per the instructions you gave before maturity (if you supplied instructions) or for the same term as the previous term (where available) using the applicable interest rate at the time of maturity.
