My current interest type is not what I want
Within a range of loan facilities there are generally 2 interest rate types available: variable or fixed rate facilities.
Depending on what type of interest rate your facility has, you may be able to switch to a different and more suitable interest rate.
As a rule, you can assume that switching from variable to fixed can be done at any stage. However switching from fixed to variable may involve payment of break costs for this to occur.
