BSB/Account number validation
Have a BSB and account number and want to check they're correct before you make a payment?
Easy! Just call us on 132 772 and select All Other Enquiries from the menu (option 5) then BSB Information (option 1).
Input the details and we'll tell you instantly if you're correct.
For privacy reasons, we can't disclose extra information such as the account name. If you already have the account name and want to check this as well, speak to one of our Banking Representatives. Simply:

Select option 5
- If you're an existing Westpac customer, select option 2
- If you're not a Westpac customer, select option 3.
You can also verify the BSB details of your own accounts from Telephone Banking by selecting BSB Information from the Other Services menu.
