With 24/7 ¹ access to your funds, Business Telephone Banking gives you the flexibility to manage your banking when it suits you. You can also get information on products, services, interest rates and fees.

Business Telephone Banking allows several people to access a number of nominated accounts belonging to the one business or individual. Because some information and some accounts may be more sensitive than others, each person is given their own access level to each account. If you share Business Telephone Banking access to your accounts, each individual’s access levels will depend on the banking functions they need to perform.

What can I use Business Telephone Banking for?

You can use Business Telephone Banking to:

• Check account balances and recent transaction details
• Transfer funds between your Westpac accounts
• Set up automatic transfer of funds
• Pay any bills where you see the BPAY ^® logo
• Request a statement
• Find out your BSB and account number
• Find out how much interest you've earned
• Open a new personal transaction or savings account
• Update your name and address
• Order cheques or deposit books or stop cheques

How do I make changes to my Business Telephone Banking service?

From time to time you'll probably want to make changes to your Business Telephone Banking service. You might want to add more bank accounts, add more users or change their access level or simply change your mailing address. Just ask the Business Telephone Banking administrator in your office - they'll be able to make certain changes instantly through the Administration link in Business Online. However for some changes you'll need to complete a form and send it back to us.
