You can only settle a Westpac issued EFTPOS terminal once within a 24 hour period. Settlement can take place 7 days a week. 365 days a year - subject to system availability. Settlement must be to a Westpac account. Instant settlement functionality is not available on Corporate Online. Applications for merchant services are subject to approval. Terms and Conditions apply and are available on request.

Documents required to complete your application

  • Business - ABN or Australian Company Name (ACN) details, business structure, registered address and principal place of operation
  • Financial - annual turnover and average transaction value
  • Structure - depending on your business structure, we’ll need director, partner or trustee details including date of birth, residence type and occupation
  • Banking - BSB and account number you want linked to your merchant facility.
