Settlement can take place 7 days a week. 365 days a year - subject to system availablity. Settlement must be to a Westpac account.  

    Westpac instant settlement functionality is not available via Corporate Online. Applications for merchant facilities are subject to approval.

About applying

Documents required to complete your application

  • Business - ABN or Australian Company Name (ACN) details, business structure, registered address and principal place of operation
  • Financial - annual turnover and average transaction value
  • Structure - depending on your business structure, we’ll need director, partner or trustee details including date of birth, residence type and occupation
  • Banking - BSB and account number you want linked to your merchant facility.
