Register

The registration form gives you the option to register for Business Online and Business Telephone Banking at the same time. Telephone Banking allows you to be able to be identified and speak with us at any time about your banking - plus it's free, so we recommend you register.

What do I need to fill in this form?

The form takes about 10 minutes to complete and you'll need to have the following details:

* Business online banking/business telephone banking only provides access to your Westpac accounts and credit cards

If you have an existing personal online service

If you register for Business Online using the same 8 digit customer number you use for Westpac Online you will no longer be able to:

  • Access BPAY® billers or BPAY history for payments completed before registering for Business Online
  • Access your Pay Anyone payee list for payments completed before registering for Business Online
  • Purchase a bank cheque online
  • Copy payee details from previously submitted overseas payments
  • View previously entered pending payments (payments will still be processed)
  • View previously registered billers in BPAY View
  • Request changes to your contact details
  • View Altitude Rewards.

The registration process

  • Complete the online registration form, which will take 10 to 20 minutes
  • Print and sign the form
  • Bring the form into your local Westpac branch for signature verification.
