Make changes to your Business Online Banking service online and in an instant by nominating an administrator.

Nominating an administrator is easy 

Simply complete the Nominate an Administrator form online. This will only take you 10 minutes.

Then all you need to do is print the completed form and take it to your local branch. We’ll then send you a letter within 10 working days confirming that your administrator is ready to go.

Once your or one of your users is an administrator follow these steps to access Self Service:

1. Signing into Business Online Banking
2. Ensure that they're in their Business Online Banking profile. If not, they can click on the organisation’s name in the top left hand drop down box and click on ‘Go’.
3. Click the ‘Administration’ link in the top right hand corner of your screen
4. Then click on ‘Administer BOL’.

Self Service enhances your security as you can use it to instantly remove a user from your Business Online Banking. You can also control the payments each of your users make, allowing you to specify different levels of access to each of your nominated users. For example, you can let your book-keeper view balances, while your office manager can make and authorise payments.
