I need to pay employees and suppliers
- Pay Anyone: Make payments to other accounts, scheduled up to 90 days in advance. Even submit up to 50 payments in one transaction1.
- Periodic Payments: Schedule regular payments or transfers to your own accounts, to another person or business.
- Overseas payments: A fast and reliable way to make payments to overseas accounts; up to the equivalent of $100,000 AUD in foreign currency2.
- Templates: Save multiple payments as a single template. Select and submit it next time you pay the same set of accounts so you don’t need to re-enter details.
- Import payment files: Import payment files from financial management software packages and have them instantly processed without the need to re-enter a thing.

I need to pay bills
- BPAY®: Pay bills online with BPAY Biller details saved into your BPAY address book for future use.
- BPAY View®: Receive bills from your BPAY Billers directly into Business Online Banking. Choose to be emailed when a bill arrives, then have the option to pay it instantly.
- Schedule direct payments to the Australian Tax Office (up to 90 days in advance).
I need to make changes
Self service allows you to instantly update details (no paperwork needed), by nominating an administrator who can:
- Change contact details and daily limits
- Add or remove users
- Control user access levels
- Request SecurID® tokens ... and more.
I need to control payments
- Access levels: Assign each user different access levels against each account e.g. let your bookkeeper have limited access and your partner full access.
- Multiple signatories: Securely manage online transactions that require more than one signatory. These payments will only be submitted once the correct number of online signatures has been obtained.
I need to manage online security
- SecurID® tokens: Authorise payments above your daily limit with a small portable device (easily fits on a keyring) that generates a unique security code.
- Security guarantee: If your Westpac account is compromised as a result of Internet fraud we guarantee to refund any missing funds3.
I need to view my accounts
- View accounts: See the past 100 days of transactions on your Westpac accounts; and view all balances of any online accounts you have with other banks.
- Export transactions easily from Business Online Banking into your financial management software, such as Quicken™ and MYOB™.
I need to maximise any cash surplus
- Transfer funds to a savings account and earn extra interest, or to quickly pay off your Westpac credit card.
I need to manage both personal and business banking
- With 1 customer ID and password, access both your personal and business banking profiles. Select your banking profile from the top left hand corner and click ‘Go’.
I need to access my banking on-the-go from my mobile
- Mobile Banking uses your existing customer ID and password. Just download the Westpac App or visit westpac.com.au from your phone’s browser4 and get banking on the go.

Things you should know
- 1.$0.25 fee applies per payment within a template or imported file if the payment is made to a non-Westpac branded account.
- 2.All overseas financial institutions handling charges will be borne by the recipient and deducted from the payment amount. We do not have any control over the fees that these institutions might charge, or what the fee may be.
- 3.You must comply with Westpac's Online Banking Terms and Conditions, including maintaining the security of your access codes and passwords.
- 4.Internet connection is required when using Westpac Mobile Banking. Normal data charges apply. The application is only available for use by Westpac Australia customers.
