Make changes to your service
There are 2 ways to make changes to your Business Online service depending on whether you have an administrator.
If you have an administrator
The nominated administrator can make many changes by:
- Logging in to Business Online
- Clicking Administration on the very top right hand side of the screen
- Following the prompts.
If you don’t have an administrator
If you don’t have an administrator and prefer Westpac to make the changes to your service, complete either of these 2 forms:
Use the User and Account Access form to:
- Add an account
- Change user access levels
- Add a new user
- Remove account access from an existing user.
Use the General Administration form to:
- Add, change or remove token access
- Change service details such as the daily payment limit or mailing address
- Remove user and/or administrator rights.
Process for submitting forms
The forms should take 5 to 10 minutes to complete if you have all the required information.
Print and sign the forms and then take them to the branch where your main accounts are held for processing. We will process your application within 5 to 7 working days.
What you will need to complete these forms
- 8 digit customer number for Business Online Banking
- Account name, BSB and account numbers for any accounts you wish to access or change
- 8 digit customer numbers for users whose access you want to add or change.
If you or your nominated users or administrators do not have an 8 digit customer number, visit a Westpac branch with the appropriate personal identification and you will be issued with a customer number.
Be sure to read the Online Banking and BPAY Product Disclosure Statement (PDF 134kb).
