Introduction

From ensuring our retail customers can save and invest with confidence, to servicing the financial needs of multi-national corporate, institutional and government clients, we put our customers at the centre of everything we do.
Westpac Retail and Business Banking
Westpac Retail and Business Banking (WRBB) is responsible for sales, marketing and customer service for our 5.0 million consumer, small and medium enterprise customers within Australia under the Westpac and RAMS brands.
Consumer sales and service activities are conducted through a nationwide network of 848 branches (including in-store branches), 70 RAMS franchise outlets, home finance managers (HFMs), specialised consumer relationship managers, call centres, 1,820 ATMs, and Internet and telephone channels.
For business customers, activities are conducted by specialised business relationship managers, with the support of Cash Flow, Financial Markets and Wealth specialists via the branch network, 57 business banking centres, and telephone and internet channels. WRBB is also responsible for the management of Westpac's third party retail, broker and business distribution relationships.

St.George Bank
St.George was founded in the southern Sydney suburbs in 1937. Over the next 50 years it built a reputation as Australia's foremost building society, before achieving full banking status in July 1992.
In December 2008, Westpac merged with St.George and the retail and business banking distribution businesses are now known as St.George Bank.
St.George Bank is responsible for sales for our 2.6 million consumer, business and corporate customers in Australia under the St.George and BankSA brands.
Consumer activities are conducted through a network of 396 St.George and BankSA branches, third party distributors, call centres, 1,132 ATMs, EFTPOS terminals and internet banking services.
Business and corporate customers are provided with a wide range of banking and financial products and services, including specialist advice for Cash Flow Finance, Trade Finance, Automotive and Equipment Finance, Property Finance, Transaction Banking and Treasury Services. Sales and service activities for business and corporate customers are conducted by relationship managers via 28 business banking centres, internet and telephone banking channels.

BT Financial Group
BT Financial Group (BTFG) is the wealth management arm of The Westpac Group, which, following the merger with St.George Bank Limited, also includes the wealth division of St.George.
Funds Management operations include:
- The manufacturing and distribution of investment, superannuation and retirement products;
- Investment platforms such as BT Wrap and Master Trusts; and
- Private banking and financial planning.
Insurance solutions cover the manufacturing and distribution of life, general, lenders mortgage and bonds insurance.
BTFG’s brands include: Advance Asset Management; Asgard; BT; BT Investment Management (60% owned by the Group and consolidated in BTFG’s Funds Management Business); Licensee Select; Magnitude; Securitor; and the advice , private banking and insurance operations of BankSA, St.George and Westpac.

Westpac Institutional Bank
Westpac Institutional Bank (WIB) delivers a broad range of financial services to commercial, corporate, institutional and government customers either based in, or with interests in, Australia and New Zealand.
WIB operates through dedicated sales industry teams, supported by specialist knowledge in financial and debt capital markets, transactional banking, margin lending, broking and alternative investment solutions. WIB also includes the Premium Business Group, which was transferred from Westpac Retail and Business Banking in 2009.
Customers are supported through Westpac branches and subsidiaries located in Australia, New Zealand, New York, London and Asia.

Westpac New Zealand
Westpac New Zealand is one of New Zealand's largest banking organisations. It has, since 1861, provided a full range of banking, wealth management and insurance products to more than 1.2 million New Zealand consumer and small to medium sized business customers. Westpac New Zealand reaches its customers through a nation-wide network of 196 branches (including agency sites) and 508 ATMs, with more than 930,000 registered online banking users.
Banking products are provided under the Westpac brand, while wealth and insurance products are provided by Westpac Life New Zealand and BT New Zealand. Institutional customers are supported by the New Zealand Institutional Bank, the results of which appear within the Westpac Institutional Bank.
