Prosperity - Success factors for Indigenous economic development

Speaking at an Empowered Communities event in Sydney Brian Hartzer launched a new Westpac-commissioned report which identifies a number of critical success factors that need to be in place to create a vibrant local economy in Indigenous areas. 

The report, “Enabling Prosperity: Success Factors for Indigenous Economic Development”, presents a number of important findings, including that culture is not a barrier to economic progress but a key to its success; and Indigenous communities that are empowered to lead their own vision of success and prosperity achieve great outcomes.
