OMD commences as media agency for The Westpac Group

The Westpac Group today announced the commencement of a strategic partnership with OMD following a review of media services for the Westpac, St.George, RAMS, BT Financial Group and BankSA brands.
OMD will provide media services to help facilitate The Westpac Group's multi-brand strategy including media strategy, planning and trading services and has been appointed following a comprehensive agency review.
General Manager Westpac Marketing, Andrew Seager, welcomed OMD's appointment: "Our media services partner is an important part of our business and we look forward to working with OMD to achieve our goals."
St.George General Manager Brand and Marketing, Martin Wise said: "St.George is delighted at the appointment of OMD as they have a proven track record of excellence in strategy formulation and effective implementation on the St.George brand. We look forward to further enhancing our successful partnership with OMD."
OMD Managing Partner, Leigh Terry, who will lead The Westpac Group account, said OMD was pleased to be working with a leading financial services group.
