Training and development
We believe strongly in continual training for our people. That's why we've developed The Westpac Academy, a virtual learning environment which helps deliver a wide range of training modules and resources.
We also support the pursuit of external qualifications through further study. Our Study Assistance Benefit can help pay for tuition and books if you're studying toward a qualification relevant to your role.
Westpac operates as a Registered Training Organisation that provides opportunities for internal training and recognition on the Australian Qualifications Training framework. Training recognised and completed in this framework is eligible for Australia-wide qualifications and may also qualify for government funding.
