Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability
The Corporate Affairs and Sustainability team focuses on enhancing, creating and maintaining relationships between the bank and our internal and external stakeholders.
Our stakeholders include all individuals or groups who have an impact on our success as a company. Externally, our stakeholders range from customers and shareholders to key regulators, the media, community groups and other special interest groups. Equally critical are our internal stakeholders - our staff.
Internal Communications
We provide a full range of communication services to people leaders across the organisation to help them achieve their business objectives through effective engagement of their people.
Our communications specialists provide change and strategic communications to Westpac employees and also manage face to face communications through our dedicated Event Management team.
